Dao - Saber
Description
The single saber is typically the first weapon routine for a martial student. The saber has been characterized as a fierce tiger, and must be wielded with equal measures of lively ferocity as well as agility, supple lightness, and balance. Even though the routine is short in duration, it is a great workout when practiced properly with correct structure while rooting, shifting, and leaping.
